Cuketa je geni\u00e1lna v tom, \u017ee si z nej viete pripravi\u0165 naozaj pestr\u00fa paletu pokrmov. Tu s\u00fa moje ob\u013e\u00faben\u00e9:  Cuketov\u00e9 rezance Cuketu nakr\u00e1jate alebo nastr\u00fahate na takzvan\u00e9 julienne k\u00fasky. Ide o tenk\u00e9 a dlh\u0161ie k\u00faso\u010dky. Tie hod\u00edte na such\u00fa panvi\u010dku a jemne ich opra\u017e\u00edte. Mne osobne najviac chutia vtedy, ke\u010f maj\u00fa jemn\u00fa hned\u00fa patinu, no s\u00fa z\u00e1rove\u0148 chrumkav\u00e9. Pokvapkajte ich olivov\u00fdm olejom a oso\u013ete. Toto dochutenie je naozaj posta\u010duj\u00face.  R\u00fdchla polievka  Do hrnca si dajte vodu, oso\u013ete ju a pridajte olivov\u00fd olej. N\u00e1sledne uvarte cuketu. Polievku dochu\u0165te rozmar\u00ednom, bazalkou, tro\u0161kou \u010dierneho korenia a su\u0161en\u00edm cesnakom. V podstate ide o oby\u010dajn\u00e9 cuketov\u00e9 placky, no bez m\u00faky a bez zemiakov. Do cesta pou\u017eijete len najemno nastr\u00fahan\u00fa cuketu a jedno vaj\u00ed\u010dko.
